Dr. John A. Cascone brings forty years of senior leadership experience to every training program. His career spans executive leadership roles in organizations from 150 to 32,000 employees across for-profit, nonprofit, and government, and building strong people functions from the ground up.

Dr. Cascone has advised numerous CEOs and presidents, specializing in executive recruitment, development, strategic planning, capacity-building, and corporate compliance.

His experience includes establishing and growing the Government Services Division at ACS from 700 to over 20,000 employees, and building the people function at Consultec, Inc. from inception, supporting growth to 1,100 employees.

For forty years, he has worked from one conviction: every person carries genius, and good leadership is what releases it.

Today he works alongside his daughter, Karen Cascone, who runs Cascone Consulting and helps bring his work within reach for a new generation of leaders.
