As Senior Vice President at FlexHR for 20 years, Dr. Cascone served as HR consultant to numerous CEOs and Presidents, specializing in Executive Recruitment, Development,
Strategic Planning, Capacity-Building, and Corporate Compliance.
His experience includes successfully establishing and growing the Government Services Division at ACS from 700 to over 20,000 employees, and building the HR department at Computec, Inc. from inception, supporting company growth to 1,100 employees.
